Adoption Process

Thank you for submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) form for this rescue pet! The pet’s Case Manager and Foster Carer will review your EOI and then respond to you as soon as possible. If it sounds like you and the foster pet are a good match, we will arrange a no-obligation meet and greet for you. At this meeting you get the opportunity to spend some time with the animal, then we ask you to take some time to think about it afterwards and let the Case Manager know your feelings the next day. If you want to go ahead with an adoption, and FFAR think that you would make a good match, we offer a four-week trial, and the services of our behaviourist at no cost to you during that time, should you have any issues. If the adoption doesn't work out for any reason, we will take your rescue pet back for a full refund within those four weeks; we will also take your adopted animal back at any point during their lifetime lifetime should you become unable to care for them. A bit like a no-risk guarantee! We want each adoption to go swimmingly for both the adopter and animal and never want these special four-leggeds to be homeless again.

This beautiful fluffy lady came into care heavily pregnant, delivering 5 very healthy babies who have now found their own forever homes, leaving mumma bear still in care! Artemis absolutely ADORES her humans and loves nothing more than snuggling up with you and falling asleep. If you call to her, she instantly comes over to investigate what you&#039;re beckoning her for. She has the loudest and happiest purr and will keep you company whenever you need her. Artemis is looking for a quieter home with no other felines as she doesn&#039;t like to share. She would be ok with a dog that knows their boundaries as she will definitely put them in their place.
