Adoption Process

Thank you for submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) form for this rescue pet! The pet’s Case Manager and Foster Carer will review your EOI and then respond to you as soon as possible. If it sounds like you and the foster pet are a good match, we will arrange a no-obligation meet and greet for you. At this meeting you get the opportunity to spend some time with the animal, then we ask you to take some time to think about it afterwards and let the Case Manager know your feelings the next day. If you want to go ahead with an adoption, and FFAR think that you would make a good match, we offer a four-week trial, and the services of our behaviourist at no cost to you during that time, should you have any issues. If the adoption doesn't work out for any reason, we will take your rescue pet back for a full refund within those four weeks; we will also take your adopted animal back at any point during their lifetime lifetime should you become unable to care for them. A bit like a no-risk guarantee! We want each adoption to go swimmingly for both the adopter and animal and never want these special four-leggeds to be homeless again.

Diana is a beautiful tabby kitten, she’s white with grey spots running down her tail and one grey smudge next to her right ear. If you love sitting down and binge-watching shows, Diana is the purfect companion to join you. She loves finding places to hid when she’s cold, either hiding in the couch or in the TV cabinet. She’ll be fine by herself in her new home as long as she gets a few extra scratches under the chin and behind the ear but she’s more than capable to entertain herself (but will mostly be asleep somewhere warm.) Diana does enjoy the company of other cats every now and then but when she’s in a playful mood there’s no stopping her from chasing a ball around, attacking her mouse or one of her siblings (sometimes both!)
